WORKSHOPS

Life can only develop a person so far and then they must self-evolve if they choose to grow further in their understanding and evolution. We pride ourselves on our range and depth of workshops to help you evolve and transform.

Our workshops look at health and well-being from many different angles including yoga asana to mindfulness, meditation to self care, nutrition to psychology. Often we invite internationally recognised experts in their field to teach and we have regular teachers returning to Flow to offer you something different, deeply rewarding and always fascinating.

Workshops are held on Friday, Saturday or Sundays. We offer a choice of a full-day, half-day or 2-hour workshops.
