YOGA & MEDITATION

Group Yoga
Yoga uses the body to soothe the mind. We use our bodies to remember we have bodies; we breathe deeply to remember our lungs, diaphragms and bellies. We stretch and move and feel alive again. We re-connect with our hearts and souls and feel better all-round.

Meditation & Mindfulness
We believe in the transformative benefits sitting still and calming the mind. Classes at Flow have a mindful, meditative focus to help you achieve a less cluttered mind.

Private & Restorative Yoga
Compliment your regular group session with a private yoga class once a month or two. A private session allows us to check your regular practice isn’t slipping into bad habits or take the time to practice a particular movement or pose that may have been challenging. Restorative yoga allows us to relax and soothe away the stress and strain of everyday life. We offer these as private sessions so that we can tailor to your individual needs.

Rehabilitation
Flow rehabilitation couples osteopath treatments with yoga practice both of which are tailored specifically to your needs. Our unique, unified and highly experienced approach will help you on your way.

Pregnancy Yoga
Drift away and achieve a calm and relaxed state of mind; Pregnancy Yoga gives you the time and space to connect with your growing body and baby. Relaxation, stretches and breathing exercises will help you prepare at this special time.

Young Adults Yoga
Our Young Adults Yoga (YAY!) classes help your child build confidence, self-esteem and learn how to manage stress in the face of a challenge.

Connect with yourself and to feel your connection to the earth.
Yoga is an ancient discipline of mind control, or meditation. Focusing the mind to stay true to yourself and your inner wisdom, and not be constantly distracted by the minutiae of life. We have daily group yoga classes and a class suitable for every requirement. Our group yoga classes run for 60 or 90 minutes and every class allows you to explore yourself and find out a little bit more each time.
