Safeguarding the physical, emotional and mental well-being of employees is more important than ever before, as they continue to adapt to working under sometimes less than ideal circumstances. Stress and burn out are real and companies have a duty of care to support their teams as best they can.
Using yoga, meditation and breathing practices, ‘Flow at Work’ is a new range of corporate wellbeing sessions which aims to give teams the space to find much-needed calmness, connectivity and clarity. The programme cab be delivered online or in person and is designed to help each individual within your team to boost energy, improve sleep, concentration and productivity – critical during times of stress and uncertainty.
Each of the six sessions have been specifically devised to run consecutively to create a coherent structure and programme of learning and will be delivered by Lucy Parker, Flow’s Founder and Owner . Whether you choose the full programme or a one-off bespoke session (tailored to suit your budget or timeframe) the results will remain the same: a happier, more focused and productive workforce.

Teaching remotely has been awfully stressful; feeling the need to be ‘on call’ to parents non-stop. This made me realise that only I can look after myself! I need to make time for that. Thank you.
Lucy ran a six week Flow at Work progamme for our partnership. Those attending gave really positive feedback and were grateful for the opportunity to learn invaluable life skills to improve overall wellbeing through a wide range of techniques. Thank you Lucy.
Lucy at Flow Tunbridge Wells delivered a free, virtual ‘Flow at Work’ session for the Cancer Research UK Facilitator team, it was a fantastic session and much appreciated. Lucy showed us a number of methods to stay calm and present using breathing techniques, something we all need during a global pandemic! Lucy also very kindly shared her personal motivations for supporting the charity with us, bringing home the important work we do here at Cancer Research UK. We came away feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day!
