Nadyne trained as a Yoga Therapist with The Minded Institute, an international leader in Yoga Therapy and mind-body training. Nadyne is passionate about how Yoga Therapy can play a vital role in prevention, management and treatment of various mental and physical long-term conditions. She currently works in NHS acute mental health services, and with private clients and corporate companies providing 1-2-1 and group yoga, movement and health and wellbeing coaching.
Nadyne believes yoga is about creating a safe space to allow ourselves to explore sensation. Moving in a mindful, playful way with curiosity is at the core of her teaching and she weaves therapeutic themes, visualisations and breathing practices into her classes.
Nadyne has a special interest in how breathing affects all aspects of our physical and mental health, and how making small changes can often lead to great shifts in our health and wellbeing. Following her own recovery from Covid and subsequent symptoms of Long Covid she now specialises in breathing techniques and practices to balance the nervous system and help manage the many symptoms of Long Covid and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. She looks forward to running workshops and classes focussed on encouraging and empowering people to achieve their full potential via cultivation of evidence -based practices to support long-term health and wellbeing.
Nadyne works collaboratively, with a client-centred approach to safely explore your individual needs. She brings humour and warmth to her classes and therapy sessions and passionately believes that everyone has the right to thrive and feel good!
