HOW CAN THIS HELP YOU?
Reiki can help conditions such as:
- Anger issues
- Panic attacks
- Digestive & dietary problems
- Relationship issues
- Aches & pains
- Chronic illness
- Sleep issues
Reiki practitioners are not trained in diagnosis and will not offer any diagnosis or prognosis. If you are concerned about your symptoms you should see your GP.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
During treatment, the client remains fully clothed and covered under a blanket. She/He will have her/his eyes closed. An eye mask will be put over the eyes in order to accelerate the access to deep relaxation.
The therapist will then channel the energy mostly without touching the body. The 7 chakras will be checked and balanced and the aura will be cleansed and sealed.
Peoples experiences can vary during treatment. However, feelings of deep relaxation are usually felt by all. As the Reiki energy encourages one to let go of all tension, anxiety, fear or other negative feelings a state of peace and wellbeing is experienced.
People can experience seeing colours, hearing sounds or feeling a sensation from one of their other senses. Some people drift off to sleep or report floating outside of their bodies. Others may experience high emotion or elation. Clients may or may not feel sensations during a Reiki treatment.
The session is made of 15 minutes chat which aims at raising your awareness on what is going on in your life and help you integrate the benefits of the treatment in your day to day life and 35/40 minutes on the couch.
Alcohol on the day of the treatment is not recommended and it will travel much faster into your blood and make you feel tipsy quite quickly!
