330 hour Teacher Training Course at Flow Tunbridge Wells

Yoga Alliance Professionals TrainerThis teacher training is for people with a thirst for knowledge. Knowledge not just about the skills and techniques needed to become a good yoga, meditation and pranayama teacher, but the kind of knowledge, and more importantly understanding, that will ignite a fire in your belly to explore more.  You do not need to want to become a yoga teacher to attend this course. It’s as relevant to individuals wanting to discover all aspects of yoga for themselves as much as for others.

“This has been an in-depth exploration of so many aspects of yoga teaching, touching on the emotional, spiritual and physical concerns of both teacher and student.  I feel equipped with a toolkit that enables me to devise and deliver classes that express my own understanding of yoga, and for that I’m deeply grateful.”  Jane

To register your interest and be kept up to date, please sign up below and we will send you updates and reminders so that you can make a decision when you’re ready.  As our intake is small, maximum 12 trainees per year, we encourage you to apply as soon as you are ready to be sure we still have space for you.

“When I discovered the Understanding Yoga Teacher Training course at Flow I was looking for a deeper experience of what yoga was. I had not practised yoga consistently for a long time though it had always been present in my life. I needed the commitment of the course to help me make yoga the core part of my life that I wanted it to be. The range of expert yoga teachers and the programme structure has been wonderful and supportive yet at the same time challenging and inspiring. I am now a better yoga practitioner myself, have a better knowledge of anatomy of the body and of the psychological benefit yoga brings. I highly recommend this course to anyone contemplating taking their yoga practice to the next level. It’s truly brilliant! Kate

What some of our present intake say about the training...
  • I feel so fortunate that circumstances led me to the UYTT course. This course is a personification of what yoga is – a considered way to learn about ourselves anatomically, emotionally, spiritually and philosophically. It is empowering on a myriad of levels. The course is thorough and well balanced with expert, accessible and friendly teachers and guides. The like minded group I am training with makes this as enjoyable and supportive as it is empowering. I do not yet know exactly where this course will lead me but I firmly believe that only a third of the way through I am journeying closer to my authentic self than I have ever done before. If you want to learn more about yoga and about yourself then go for it – you will be the yoga teacher you are meant to be x.

The teachers are all experts in their field with so many years of experience and individually they offer something truly unique. As a mum of two young children I have found the training schedule very manageable and the support has been invaluable. I cannot thank Lucy and Ben enough for offering me a place on the Flow UYTT programme and affording me the opportunity to learn and grow in so many ways, this feels more like the beginning of a new direction in my life and I can’t wait to find out where it will take me. I would highly recommend the Flow UYTT Programme to anyone considering embarking on Yoga Teacher Training.
