This has been simply the most powerful and enlightening course. Know Thyself has set me on a journey to discover who I am and who I want to be. Lucy is a fantastic teacher. She is very holding, and inspiring. I love how she uses poetry as part of each week. This course has touched everything I love – self discovery, mediation, poetry, a bit of science. Thank you Lucy. You are very special.
I have loved Lucy’s meditation classes since I started them recently. They always leave me feel calm and grounded. I am also really pleased that there have been exercises that I can apply in my everyday life to help me feel calmer. The Flow environment is amazing. It is cosy and welcoming. Lucy always greets you with a hug and takes time to find out how you are, which I really appreciate. A little oasis in our busy lives!
Thanks so much Lucy for such an incredible Learning to Meditate course! The course was exactly what I was looking for, from the theory to the practice; it had everything! I loved learning new techniques each week – and what a range there was! I’m pleased to say that I’m now meditating every day (well, almost!) as the course has given me the confidence to put into practice what I know my soul, my body and my mind needs. I loved the Learning to Meditate course. I had followed meditation classes in the studio with Lucy before, but this online format had an unexpected advantage: learning to practice regularly in my own home! Lucy’s inspiring, yet non-prescriptive and non-mystifying style of teaching has encouraged me to make meditation simply a part of my (almost) daily routine. Meditation has benefited my mental health enormously and I would really recommend the course.
