A Sound Bath brings us home to pure vibration to remember who we are, ancient particles and elements from the stars.
These sessions combine the soothing harmonies of Alchemy Crystal Singing bowls with a gentle guided meditation to lead you in and ease you out of the sound. In surrendered stillness, the resonant waves of the bowls wash over and through you - fully submersed in sound to experience the vibration as tangible ripples of energy. The combination of vibration and soothing sounds evokes a sense of deep relaxation as the mind lets go of thinking and tensions melt away...like a sigh of grace or a satisfying stream from the soul.
