Amy first became interested in the mind body connection when she was 19 at Drama school. The seed was planted during movement lessons, where she studied The Alexander Technique, Feldenkriess and Laban methods- all exploring movement as a tool to find a greater sense of self awareness and relaxation. This eventually led her into Yoga, which she felt connected all the dots. Amy went on to train in Ashtanga Vinyasa, pregnancy and post-natal yoga, and advanced anatomy. Her mission is to help you build a smarter and more sustainable yoga practice, that will help you move, feel and live better.

Maggie’s Qi Gong flow focuses on internal experience as much as technique and alignment. She used Qi Gong to heal from burnout after years working in TV and advertising and trained as an instructor to help share the knowledge of this ancient practice. Her class helps release stress and increase vitality through a focus on organ systems and meridians. She also uses meditative movement to explore patterns within nature and the body and deepen our connection with energy.

Lucy was and is an amazing find. She has worked untiringly to understand what I need to help me find a better healthier future. Each session is completely tailored to me and works. I would never have expected to feel so much better, not only physically but also mentally. I give thanks for the day I stepped into the Flow studio. The work with Lucy has led me to believe more in myself and what I can do. She really cares and is completely attuned to my needs. With her help I have gone on to walk the Camino and lead a more satisfying life. I unreservedly recommend Lucy to anyone. She is so much more than just a superb yoga teacher. She has great experience and professionalism coupled with a rather unique sensitivity. A complete joy!
Signing up to the teacher training course at Flow has been one of the best decisions I have ever made! This wonderful challenging course with an amazing selection of inspiring teachers will take you on an inward journey of self discovery. The course is extremely well organised and Lucy in particular is so in tune with the group bringing warmth and fun to every session! I would recommend this course to anyone who would like to seriously immerse themselves in all aspects of Yoga.
The advanced applied anatomy course with Lucy and Ben was extremely compelling, it allowed me to dive much deeper into the anatomy of the body and apply it to my yoga practice/teaching. The knowledge and experience of Ben who is an Osteopath combined with Lucy who is a senior yoga teacher allows to consider different angles and therefore broaden one’s understanding.
I felt utter relief when Ben confirmed he was able to remain open and treating patients throughout Covid and the numerous lockdowns. Having suffered with long-term chronic back pain, from a herniated disc, the pain and discomfort has only worsened during this period due to home-working, stress and poor desk set up. Ben has continued to alleviate the pain and helped me manage it throughout. I’ve felt very safe visiting Flow, the safeguards they have in place are excellent and I am thankful for all they are doing, under difficult circumstances.
