FAQs

  • All yoga is held at our Tunbridge Wells location, situated within a beautiful garden haven in the heart of town.

    Our Groombridge venue is a specialist therapy room for Osteopathy and Counselling appointments only.

  • All group classes must be paid for and booked in advance.

    1-2-1 yoga, counselling or osteopathy can be booked in advance and paid for on the day.

    We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations.

  • We suggest you arrive wearing comfortable clothing you can move easily in with layers for warmth. Perhaps begin with socks for extra cosiness and be ready to take them off so as not to slip on the floor. Some clients choose to bring a shawl for meditation or breathwork-focused classes.

  • We suggest you wear light comfortable clothing such as shorts, or leggings, and a t-shirt or vest top.

    Ben is very practiced at working with clients around their clothing and there is no need to remove clothes should you prefer not to.

  • There is on street parking around Woodbury Park Road for our Tunbridge Wells venue. Please do not park on our drive as it is in regular use. Should you prefer you can choose to park in the nearby car parks. St John’s car park is an 8 minute walk or the Royal Victoria car park, a 10 minute walk to Flow.

    Free parking with good access is available immediately outside our Groombridge practice or within the Groombridge Village Hall carpark.

  • We do have all the equipment you may need, including yoga mats.

    However, for hygienic reasons, a personal preference may be to bring your own mat. We also have mats for sale here at £25 including a carry strap.

  • Many clients choose to bring a water bottle to class. This is encouraged, however, please do remember to take it home with you as we have a very large collection of water bottles in lost property!

    For group classes you’ll need nothing more as you’ve already paid.

    For 1-2-1 sessions please do bring a method of payment for you first session.

  • For all group classes, you’ll be asked to pay online via our booking system. We recommend you securely save your card details for ease of future purchases and booking.

    For 1-2-1 sessions you can pay in a variety of ways, either via card or Apple / Google pay, or via a bank transfer should you prefer. We have a tap and pay as well as a swipe machine on site.
