My yoga practice has always been my sanctuary, helping me to achieve calm and balance in my day to day life. I completed my training in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga in 2014, and have since gone on to receive further qualifications in Yin, meditation and pre and postnatal yoga. Having taught for almost 10 years in some of London's leading yoga and fitness studios, my family and I have now settled in the beautiful surroundings of Tunbridge Wells.
My intention in my classes is to create a safe space to allow you to rejuvenate and take time out for yourself. I like to work closely with our 'energetic body' in my classes focusing on chakras (centres of energy) and simple practices and postures we can do to bring our chakras, and our energy body as a whole, into balance.
