Immi Wynn
My love for yoga started after leaving competitive athletics due to an injury whilst at university. I have a degree in geography and sports science from Loughborough - my love for nature and sport has been prominent throughout my life. After my injury, I learned to explore movement in new ways and fell in love with the stillness and space in my body and mind that yoga helped me to create.
I completed my 200-hour teacher training in Bali, Indonesia - and since I have gone on to study yin yoga too. I aim to begin studying my 300-hour training to further deepen my own practice. In my spare time, I love to spend time with my dogs, play guitar, go trail running and spend time outdoors. I also love food!
In my teaching, I aim to create and share a warm and welcoming space where movement, strength and connection come together in a way that feels soulful and intentional. My classes help you to find balance and calm amidst life's chaos, to slow down, find focus and nurture a sense of connection. I will help you build a practice that is sustainable, nourishing and rewarding, to support you in your growth both on and off the mat.
