Louise was first drawn to yoga as a counterbalance to the demands of middle to long-distance athletics on the body and mind.
Over 15 years later, both her own practice and teaching style continue to evolve and shift, now delving far more into the subtler nuances of yoga as far more than just a physical practice.
Louise’s lifelong interest, work and Masters level study in Psychology and the workings of the mind/brain, combined with a deeply embodied love of movement, find ultimate expression and unification in her yoga teaching.
Her classes offer the opportunity to really arrive in the body, rest in the stillness between and beyond the movement, and shift into authentic states of being.
