Join Caroline for two hours of movement and deep connection.
Each circle will be a time to move, be still, share and connect with other women. We will set intentions and look at what we need to let go of in order to move forward. A perfect time to dream up new projects and sow seeds of inspiration.
Caroline will lead you through a yoga flow designed to ignite and connect you with your Divine Feminine Energy. A nourishing practice, time to drop down into your body and tune into your breath. The practice will be followed by a grounding meditation to clear and calm the mind.
There will then be time for quiet reflection and journaling. The journaling will be centred around the theme of 'abundance' followed by an opportunity to share whatever arises for you in a sharing circle (sharing is optional).
We will close the circle by pulling oracle cards to receive guidance and connect with our intuition.
Please kindly bring with you a notebook and pen for journaling.

My yoga practice has always been my sanctuary, helping me to achieve calm and balance in my day to day life. I completed my training in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga in 2014, and have since gone on to receive further qualifications in Yin, meditation and pre and postnatal yoga. Having taught for almost 10 years in some of London's leading yoga and fitness studios, my family and I have now settled in the beautiful surroundings of Tunbridge Wells.
My intention in my classes is to create a safe space to allow you to rejuvenate and take time out for yourself. I like to work closely with our 'energetic body' in my classes focusing on chakras (centres of energy) and simple practices and postures we can do to bring our chakras, and our energy body as a whole, into balance.
