Spring is a time to emerge from containment – to use our roots to energise – to reach out into the world with renewed energy and new growth.
It’s a time when we can safely start to stoke our fire and engage with a more dynamic way of living, to lean into an expansive way of being, breathing and moving. Whilst we will honour the earth and its ability to hold us strong, we will also embrace our fire to create dynamism; to explore our bodies our breath our fullest potential. Without fire there can be no evolution, but balanced with earth it keeps us connected and grounded.
Let’s explore this together through dynamic pranayama (breathing), mindful movement/asana (postures) before sealing our experience with a balancing meditation.
