Embodied Freedom – The Lightness of Being.

Modern life offers a myriad of ways to connect; numerous platforms to share experiences, opinions, or simply to stay in touch.  And yet, why do we so often feel isolated and weighted down? 

Whilst we are unlikely to throw our phones over the nearest cliff or retreat ourselves to the cave beneath, we can learn to live with the pressure of these environmental factors whilst remaining true to ourselves.  We can remind ourselves to step into our own agency and celebrate a way of being that feels authentic, comfortable.  We can welcome back our intuition and instinct whilst still living in a world that tries to cheat us out of it.  We can honour ourselves and be brave in choosing a different path if it serves us better.   

In this immersion we will have time, 2.5hrs, to explore ways of unwinding the shackles that leave their marks.  Reminding ourselves of Samadhi; concentration and refined attention that brings with it comfort and ease, a state of being that, with practice, allows us to live a life infused with light filled awareness of being.  

These are the stepping stones to MokshaLiberationYoga.  Within these ancient practices, together we can reveal the transformative treasure within.  

Join me on a journey through body/breath/meditation. Taking cues from the natural spiralling movements in all of nature I will hold space for you to safely explore and embody a sense of your own unique-felt liberation.

Greta Sani

Greta has been practising yoga since 2005 and continues to develop her practice with verve. Yoga has guided her through sometimes choppy waters including major surgery but ultimately, it makes her feel strong, flexible and centred in mind/body; this she passionately transmits in her teaching.  Greta’s classes authentically weave the ancient yogic tradition into a relevant modern practice re-connecting innate body/breath wisdom.  She has become a much-loved and respected teacher locally and in London since she qualified from Triyoga (390hrs) in 2017.
