Move and get into your body with a mindful yoga flow followed by a deeply restful yoga nidra and receive the healing benefits of reiki.

Join Caroline for two hours of movement and deep restorative rest.

Yoga Flow ~ Join me for a nourishing yoga practice to stimulate energy to flow and begin to remove any blockages to the flow of energy in your body.

Yoga Nidra ~ I will then guide you through a meditative yoga nidra. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation. After lying down and getting comfortable and warm the practice allows you to draw your attention inwards. We will learn to float between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where your body finds its natural state of equilibrium – the breath balances, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into a state of deep, blissful awareness. 

Reiki ~ Reiki is a gentle form of healing energy which is channelled through the practitioner. Caroline is a qualified Reiki practitioner and will gently allow you to receive Reiki by placing her hands on your shoulders and allowing the Reiki energy to flow. As the Reiki flows, it will begin to balance subtle energies within your body, bringing a feeling of harmony and well-being.

My yoga practice has always been my sanctuary, helping me to achieve calm and balance in my day to day life.  I completed my training in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga in 2014, and have since gone on to receive further qualifications in Yin, meditation and pre and postnatal yoga. Having taught for almost 10 years in some of London's leading yoga and fitness studios, my family and I have now settled in the beautiful surroundings of Tunbridge Wells.            

My intention in my classes is to create a safe space to allow you to rejuvenate and take time out for yourself. I like to work closely with our 'energetic body' in my classes focusing on chakras (centres of energy) and simple practices and postures we can do to bring our chakras, and our energy body as a whole, into balance.
