Let this be your regular gentle reminder to focus inward, to find balance, calm and curiosity in an otherwise chaotic and distracting world. These sessions will draw on ancient as well as contemporary breathing and meditation practices designed to still the monkey mind and calm the frazzled nervous system.
Each monthly session will be hosted by Lucy and will aim to inspire, teach, and steady you in equal measure. Poetry, sound, silence, and reflection will be our focus. Prepare to float out of Flow ready to embrace your weekend with presence, awareness, and joy.
We will join to share reflective and soothing practices that can be adopted and nurtured as part of your ongoing daily commitment to your self-development and wellbeing.
Each two-hour session will include:
• Gentle somatic movement to begin
• Learning a new technique or practice
• One short, 5 – 10-minute practice
• Discussion
• Longer, 15 – 20-minute practices
• Discussion and opportunity to share observations about your experience with meditation.
• Long relaxation to end.
