Slow & Low with Jean Hall

  • Flow Tunbridge Wells 29 Woodbury Park Road Tunbridge Wells, England, TN4 9NG United Kingdom (map)

“Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.” Lao Tzu

Join Jean for this unique workshop to explore the rich world of slow low flow. This workshop is for everybody to reconnect to our natural flow state.

Slowing down paradoxically is one of the most immediate ways that we can accelerate our skills, growth and development. Getting low to the ground regulates the nervous system and offers extra support and transitional stability.

When we move slower and lower, we are more able to amplify our presence on the task at hand. We can more readily bring attention and energy into growing whatever we are focusing on. As a result, our embodied awareness deepens which helps lessen anxiety, and enables us to notice and appreciate the small, yet exquisite details in the body, mind and heart.

This full-day workshop will include:

  • Breath awareness

  • Floor flow movement loops

  • Somatic movement

  • Transitional yogasana flow

  • Yin and restorative practice

  • Deep relaxation practice

  • Closing meditation and reflection

This full day with Jean Hall costs £70 and is limited to just 10 students.  A light lunch of vegetarian soup, bread and a sweet treat is included in the price.

When: 29th November, 10 am - 3 pm

Cost: £70 including a light lunch
